  1. Original Passports with 6 months validity from date of travel. Have atleast 2 blank pages. Old Passports if any.
  2. Visa Application Form.
  3. 2 Photos 35 X 45mm, white background, matt finish 80% face cover. The photograph must show your eyes, ears, Forehead.
  4. Cover letter: explaining the purpose of the trip, personal and passports details with itinerary detailed location(s) and duration of stay in Austria.
  5. Air Tickets
  6. Travel Insurance.
  7. Confirmation of present student status e.g. original letter from school / college / university, student card, certificates etc.
  8. Certificate of admission or registration at an educational institute for the purpose of attending academic or vocational courses, or cover letter from the host company .
  9. Evidence of payment of tuition fee or acceptance of scholarship for the intended studies in Austria OR Proof of sufficient funds to cover overall cost of living during the probable duration of study in Austria OR Electronic letter of guarantee of sponsor - “EVE - Elektronische Verpflichtungserklärung” http://www.bmi.gv.at/cms/BMI_Fremdenpolizei/einreise_visa/Visum_6.aspx obtained by the sponsor at the competent „Fremdenpolizeibehörde“ of the sponsor’s district in Austria (if applicable).
  10. Proof of accommodation in Austria or letter of acceptance at the school’s / college’s / university’s dormitory.

Visa Processing Time: 10 -15 working days or more as per Embassy verification and processing time

Note*  Applicants need to go personally for submission with prior appointment if applying for first time to Schengen Country after 2nd November 2015
