For citizens of India, Living in India
The Embassy in New Delhi does not issue a Work Visa. The Sponsor in Ukraine should apply to the Bureau of Employment in Ukraine and procure a Recommendation Letter or the Permission of Employment. It is generally issued for a period between 1 to 5 years. The Sponsor needs to send this Permission of Employment to the Applicant in India. On receiving the Permission, the Applicant should contact the Embassy personally. Further documents will then be advised by the Visa Officer.
