Experience: Min 1 Year

Location : Pune(2), Pimpri-Chinchvad(1), Ahmedabad(1)

Responsibilities:

  • Attending inquiries for any countries' visa assistance (source - email, call or walkin)
  • Solving visa related queries
  • Preparing the basic set to be forwarded for further processing
  • Coordinating with the operations and keeping the client updated on the visa status
  • Promoting and cross selling other services (Packages, tickets, insurance, etc)
  • Research on the latest updates of visas
  • Marketing, to grow the flow of business
  • Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints
  • Meeting regularly with team leaders to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work.
  • Meeting company directors who advise on strategy and finding out about any local issues and future trends.

2 Air ticketing Counsellor

Experience: Must have min. 1 year experience in Ticketing and any CRS be it Amadeus or Galileo

Location : Ahmedabad(1)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling guests and understand the travel requirements.
  • Workout best flight options for domestic and international sectors
  • To work on any CRS and airline sites.
  • Handling group enquiry
  • Checking weekly statement
  • Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints

3 Travel Counsellor (packages)

Experience: Must have good local experience (in Ahmedabad only) to know the market trends

Location : Ahmedabad(1)

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets;managing budgets and maintaining statistical/financial records
  • selling travel products and tour packages
  • sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
  • liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance
  • dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations
  • meeting regularly with team leaders to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work;
  • Meeting company directors who advise on strategy and finding out about any local issues and future trends
  • communicating with sales consultants and providing encouragement, help and advice
  • dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints
  • Must have apt knowledge of Geography and tourism destinations
